The flexible and innovative part-time course, which is administered through UNITAR’s e-learning platform, is designed for full-time practitioners, government lawyers, and academics who want to gain a detailed understanding of the core concepts of international investment law and arbitration, and learn about current issues of debate in the field. The course is divided into four modules (1. Introduction and Procedure; 2. Jurisdiction and admissibility; 3. Substantive protections; and 4. Award, enforcement and challenge), and includes online discussions moderated by experienced LALIVE professionals, and several assessments allowing students to apply the knowledge they acquire.
