LALIVE partner Noradèle Radjai appointed Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee

7 décembre 2020

We are delighted to announce that LALIVE partner Noradèle Radjai has been appointed Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee as of January 2021. Noradèle Radjai has long been involved in the Committee: having led the IBA Arb40 steering committee for two years, she was then appointed as co-chair of the Corporate Counsel Subcommittee, a position she will continue to hold alongside her new role.

The IBA Arbitration Committee seeks to promote the arbitration of transnational disputes by sharing information through conferences, publications and projects. It focuses on law, practice and procedure with the goal of furthering the use of international arbitration and improving its effectiveness.

This nomination emphasises Noradèle Radjai’s recognition as a leading practitioner in international arbitration. She is a member of several other professional associations, including a board member of ASA (Swiss Arbitration Association), a member of the Pledge Steering Committee and the CPR European Advisory Board.

The firm is strongly committed to the IBA, with several partners of the firm holding key positions in the organization including Simone Nadelhofer (Regional Representative Europe of the IBA’s Business Crime Committee), Sandrine Giroud (Officer of the Litigation Committee) and Matthias Gstoehl, newly appointed as an Officer of the Anti-Corruption Committee for 2021 and 2022.
