Anna Korshunova a rejoint LALIVE en 2019. Elle est spécialisée en arbitrage international commercial et d’investissement et en droit international public. Elle a notamment agi dans des procédures arbitrales en vertu des principaux règlements d’arbitrage, ainsi que dans des affaires régies par divers lois applicables. Les principaux domaines d’intervention d’Anna sont l’Énergie et l’exploitation minière, les banques, les accords internationaux de vente de marchandises, les litiges entre entreprises, les joint-ventures et les grands projets. Elle intervient également régulièrement en tant que secrétaire du tribunal.

Avant de rejoindre LALIVE, Anna Korshunova a travaillé en tant que collaboratrice junior dans un grand cabinet d’avocats russe à Moscou, s’occupant de fusions et acquisitions, de droit des sociétés et de droit commercial (2015), puis d’arbitrage international (2016-2017). Anna a également assisté G. Kaufmann-Kohler et M. Potestà en tant que chercheur au Centre de Genève pour le règlement des différends internationaux en analysant le cadre actuel et les solutions de réforme liées au règlement des différends entre investisseurs et États et aux tribunaux nationaux (2018).

Elle est membre de nombreuses associations professionnelles, dont l’Association internationale du barreau, Young ICCA, ArbitralWomen, ASA below 40 et Russian Arbitration Association, ainsi que du groupe de travail de la RAA sur l’arbitrage d’investissement.

Anna Korshunova est titulaire d’un master en règlement des différends internationaux (MIDS) de l’Université de Genève et de l’Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement (2018), d’une licence en droit de l’Université de Londres (2016) et d’un diplôme de spécialiste en droit russe de l’Académie russe du commerce extérieur (2015).
