Christian Exner a rejoint LALIVE en 2021. Il est spécialisé en litiges nationaux et internationaux, en particulier commerciaux et bancaires, en reconnaissance et exécution de jugements et sentences étrangers, domestiques et en procédures d’insolvabilité transfrontalières, ainsi qu’en protection et recouvrement d’actifs.

Il représente des clients dans des litiges commerciaux et bancaires complexes, souvent transfrontaliers, devant les tribunaux suisses. Il est également auteur et co-auteur d’articles et de commentaires portant particulièrement sur le droit de l’insolvabilité et les procédures d’exécution.

Il est membre de l’Ordre des Avocats de Zurich (ZAV), de la Fédération Suisse des Avocats (SAV), de l’IBA (International Bar Association) et de l’INSOL Europe.

Avant de rejoindre LALIVE, Christian Exner a travaillé en tant que conseiller en transactions étrangères chez Barnes & Thornburg LLP à Chicago (2020-2021), en tant que collaborateur et collaborateur senior dans les équipes de résolution des litiges et d’insolvabilité d’un cabinet d’avocats réputé à Kusnacht/Zurich (2012-2018), en tant que greffier et président de l’autorité de conciliation en matière de location et de bail au tribunal de district de Meilen (2008-2012), et en tant que stagiaire au tribunal de district de Horgen (2007-2008). Il a également été assistant de recherche à la faculté de droit de l’Université de Zurich (2004-2007).

Christian Exner est diplômé de la faculté de droit de l’Université de Zurich (lic. iur., 2004) et titulaire d’un LL.M. de la Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Chicago (2020). Il a été admis au barreau dans le canton de Zurich en 2011 et dans l’État de l’Illinois en 2021.
