LALIVE partner Domitille Baizeau has been elected onto the Governing Board of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) for a four-year term starting on 1 April 2020.

ICCA is a world renowned non-governmental organisation devoted to promoting the use and improving the processes of arbitration, conciliation and other forms of resolving international commercial disputes through congresses, conferences, publications, and the work of specific task forces. The Governing Board is composed of 40 distinguished arbitration practitioners from over 30 countries. Domitille Baizeau is one of six new members elected upon a proposal by ICCA’s nomination and membership committee, which is chaired by the ICSID Secretary General.
