Domitille Baizeau appointed Vice President of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Court
21 November 2016LALIVE partner Domitille Baizeau has been elected Vice President of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Chambers Arbitration Institution (SCAI), which administers the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration. This appointment, which is effective immediately, takes place for a tenure of 3 years.
Domitille Baizeau will work alongside Gabrielle Nater-Bass, President and Cesare Jermini, also Vice President, as well as with 24 court members, all recognised arbitration practitioners in Switzerland.
Domitille Baizeau, a leading figure in international arbitration, both as counsel and arbitrator, has been a member of the SCAI court since 2010 and actively promotes the use of the Swiss Rules worldwide. She is also a member of the Executive Board of ASA, the Swiss Arbitration Association.
