22 August 2011

LALIVE arbitration partner Domitille Baizeau has been selected as a result of a peer-review process conducted by the Global Arbitration Law Review among international arbitration practitioners as one of 45 “leading figures” below the age of 45. She is one of two practitioners based in Switzerland, and one of ten women worldwide, to have been selected by Global Arbitration Review (see GAR article introducing the 45under45; see also Ms Baizeau’s answers to a short survey carried out with all 45 winners).

In a first GAR selection made in 2006, Matthias Scherer, arbitration partner of the firm, was identified among the 45 international arbitration specialists under 45.  The firm itself has been ranked ever since the ranking was created among the thirty most prestigious specialist arbitration firms worldwide, identified by Global Arbitration Review as a result of an extensive survey.
