Election to pool of presidents for the Swiss bar and Swiss Notaries Association

Congratulations to LALIVE partner Simone Nadelhofer who has been elected to the pool of presidents of the arbitration tribunal of the Swiss Bar and Swiss Notaries Association; “Selbstregulierungsorganisation des Schweizerischen Anwaltsverbandes und des Schweizerischen Notarenverbandes” (SRO SAV/SNV). Six experts, two from each language area, form the pool of presidents of the arbitration tribunal.

The Swiss Bar and Swiss Association of Notaries, founded in 2000, is for independent lawyers and notaries throughout Switzerland who act as financial intermediaries within the Anti-Money Laundering Act. The organisation is subject to FINMA supervision.
