International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR): Teresa Giovannini appointed on the European Executive Board

LALIVE arbitration partner Teresa Giovannini, was recently nominated as a member of the European Executive Board of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR). The institute is a worldwide recognized institution administering conflict resolution proceedings in complex commercial disputes. The European Executive Board (EEB) implements the policy and provides strategic direction for CPR’s activities within Europe. The EBB’s activities include the promotion of the alternative dispute resolution in Europe as well as the development and implementation of ADR protocol for use by European in-house counsel.
