Joachim Knoll designated by Germany to serve on ICSID Panel of Conciliators8 January 2020
LALIVE partner Joachim Knoll has been designated to serve on ICSID’s Panel of Conciliators by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, for a period of six years.
Joachim Knoll, who has an extensive practice in investment treaty disputes, is one of the 60 individuals nominated to ICSID’s Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators by 14 ICSID Member States in 2019. The Panels aim to provide a diverse and qualified pool of arbitrators and conciliators for parties to consider when making appointments in ICSID cases.
