LALIVE arbitration practitioners contribute to two important new publications on arbitration in Switzerland
21 January 2014Eleven members of the firm recently contributed to Arbitration in Switzerland – The Practitioner’s Guide (Wolters Kluwer 2013), destined to become one of Switzerland’s leading publications on arbitration. LALIVE lawyers’ contributions included commentaries and analyses on the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules, the Swiss Private International Law Act, investment arbitration, construction arbitration, confidentiality issues, on the issue of cost and time in arbitration as well as on choice of law clauses, and mediation. Additionally, seven LALIVE lawyers co-authored the 2nd edition of the Commentary on the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration (Schulthess/Juris 2013), co-edited by Dr Philipp Habegger who joined the firm as partner on 1 January 2014. For more information about the publication, please click here.
