Lalive contributes to the Scholarship Programme of the University of Geneva for Students of Burkina Faso (March 2005)

1 March 2005

In March 2005, Lalive agreed to contribute to the scholarship programme of the University of Geneva for students of Burkina Faso. The amount paid will allow a full scholarship for one student to be added to those given by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. These scholarships are granted to allow half a dozen students to follow the programme of the certificate of transnational law as well as ensuring, on a wider level, that there are future jurists in this country. The students that apply for this programme are selected in Burkina Faso by a joint team of professors from the universities of Ouagadougou and Geneva.
