The Litigation Committee is one of the largest committees of the IBA and focuses on the legal, practical and procedural issues involved in conducting litigation. The issues arising in international litigation receive particular attention, including issues such as jurisdiction, choice of law, and the role of international judicial assistance in dispute resolution.

The Business Crime Committee’s primary objective is to provide a forum for members to meet and address core and recent white collar crime issues. The Committee works with the Criminal Law Committee and the Anti-Corruption Committee to form the Criminal Law Section of the IBA.

The Anti-Corruption Committee provides an international forum for private and public-sector practitioners to share best practices and discuss the latest developments in anti-corruption laws, compliance practices, enforcement trends and asset recovery issues, as well as prosecution guidance and government policy. Committee members also assist one another in understanding transnational corruption and share domestic legal expertise.
