LALIVE ranked highly in Chambers Global

Further to the recent publication of Chambers Global’s 2015 rankings, the firm is pleased to report on the excellent results achieved.

LALIVE continues to enjoy a leading position in Band 1 in Dispute Resolution- Arbitration for Switzerland, jumping up to Band 2 in its Europe-wide ranking and maintaining its position in Band 5 in the Global-wide ranking. The firm’s reputation and practice in Dispute Resolution in Qatar is also noted for the first time this year.

There were a number of improved rankings on an individual level. The Global-wide ranking of international arbitration counsel, which ranks the best 80 practitioners worldwide now includes three LALIVE partners (Michael E.Schneider, Matthias Scherer and Domitille Baizeau). Alexander Troller also enters the ranking as a recognized practitioner for Litigation Switzerland.

In addition, the firm’s ranking in White-Collar Crime goes up to Band 1 in Switzerland, with Marc Henzelin maintaining his position as a leading practitioner in Switzerland. The firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice in Qatar is ranked in Band 4 again this year.

Furthermore, we are pleased to see that our Public International Law and Private Client practices are recognised for the first time.
