LALIVE to run the UNITAR e-learning course on investment arbitration for the second time in spring 2012 (February 2012)
29 February 2012After the enormous success of the first UNITAR (United Nations Institute for Training and Research) e-learning course on Investment Arbitration ran by LALIVE in March-April 2011, a second course, also entitled Introduction to Investment Arbitration, will be run by LALIVE and UNITAR from 7 May to 8 June 2012. The course offers an effective combination of independent study, group discussions, direct tutoring and assessment via a cost-efficient interactive learning platform on the Internet. The first course was attended by participants from over ten countries on four continents. In their feedback all participants expressed their great satisfaction with the course. Comments included “this is a MUST do course for all those concerned with development in all developing countries” and “I would without hesitation recommend the course to a colleague pursuing a career with interest to the course.” Details of the course, more feedback from the participants in the first course and enrolment instructions are available on UNITAR’s website.
