Marc Henzelin appointed to the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee
5 February 2016LALIVE partner Marc Henzelin has been appointed as Officer of the Double Jeopardy Subcommittee of the IBA’s Anti-Corruption Committee with immediate effect. This appointment, which is for a fixed two year term, follows Marc Henzelin’s active involvement in the IBA’s Business Crime Committee, of which he has been both co-chair and vice-chair for a number of years.
The Anti-Corruption Committee provides an international forum for private and public sector practitioners to meet and discuss anti-corruption laws, compliance practices, enforcement trends and asset recovery issues, thus facilitating the sharing of best practice and regular communication of legal and other developments in civil society, the private sector and international organisations.
