Marc Henzelin appointed to the Independent Review Panel of the Tennis Integrity Unit

LALIVE partner Marc Henzelin has been appointed to the Independent Review Panel of the Tennis Integrity Unit, following the decision of the governing bodies of tennis to review and report of the appropriateness and effectiveness of the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program.

Marc Henzelin joins highly regarded Adam Lewis QC and leading US litigator Beth Wilkison on the Panel, which will hold preliminary meetings with the sport’s governing bodies, collate core documents and contact persons of interest to obtain relevant information. In addition, the Panel has identified a list of issues and areas of inquiry and begun a further schedule of interviews and research.

The Panel’s final report is expected to take at least 12 months to produce and tennis has committed to act on and implement its full recommendations.

Marc Henzelin has a considerable practice conducting internal investigations. He was recently selected among the top 10 most highly regarded investigations practitioners worldwide by Global Investigations Review.
