Marc Henzelin elected as a Member of the Council of the European Criminal Bar Association (29 April 2006)

Marc Henzelin has been elected as a Member of the Council of the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) during the Assembly which took place in Edinburgh on 28 and 29 April 2006. Since it was established in 1997, ECBA has become an important association, representing criminal defence lawyers in the Council of Europe. The ECBA plays in particular a major role by taking a stand on issues of criminal law and criminal procedural law during consultations organised by the Council of Europe or the European Union.
