Michael Schneider chaired the last session of the UNCITRAL Working Group II in New York

On 5 February 2010, Michael E. Schneider chaired the last session of the UNCITRAL Working Group II in charge of the revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in New York. It will now be for the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law as a whole, at its next session in June 2010, to review the work of the Working Group II and adopt the new rules. Michael E. Schneider had been chairing UNCITRAL Working Group II since September 2006. (See photo of the last session.)
