Sam Moss and China Irwin appointed as officers of the IBA’s International Construction Projects committee

LALIVE is delighted to announce that LALIVE partner Sam Moss and Counsel China Irwin are appointed to the IBA’s International Construction Projects committee from January 2022.

Sam Moss is appointed as Vice Co-Chair of the Dispute Resolution Subcommittee and China Irwin as ICP Committee Editor and Managing Editor of the ICP’s quarterly publication, Construction Law International, sent to all members of the Committee. The appointments are for two years and continue LALIVE’s involvement in the ICP, as Sam Moss was Website Officer and China Irwin was Deputy Committee Editor over the last two years.

These appointments reinforce the firm’s long-lasting commitment to the IBA, as well as Sam’s and China’s recognition as leading practitioners in construction law. Other members of the firm hold key positions at the IBA namely Noradele Radjai (Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee), Sandrine Giroud (Senior Officer of the IBA’s Litigation Committee), Simone Nadelhofer (Corporate Counsel Forum Liaison Officer of the IBA’s Business Crime Committee) and Matthias Gstoehl (Diversity and Inclusion Officer of the IBA’s Anti-Corruption Committee).
