Valentina Renna and Claire Inder joined the firm (September / October 2009)

LALIVE is pleased to welcome two new associates in its international arbitration group, Valentina Renna and Claire Inder.

Ms Renna is an Italian qualified attorney and a PhD candidate with the Euromediterranean School of Law and Politics, ISUFI, in Italy. She was formerly at Columbia University Law School, in New York, as part of the Visiting Research Fellow program of the European Legal Studies Center. Before joining LALIVE, Ms Renna also worked for four years as a case manager at the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan, acting as administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals in international and domestic arbitrations.

Ms Inder is an Australian solicitor, admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia and an LL.M in international law from the New York University School of Law, where she was a Hauser Global Scholar and a Graduate Editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics. Ms Inder has also studied at Harvard University, on the Harvard Travel Scholarship, and at the University of Aix-Marseille III in France. Prior to joining LALIVE, Ms. Inder worked as an associate in the international arbitration practice group of White & Case LLP in Paris. Before then, she was employed by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva, the Embassy of Australia in Washington DC and the Australian Law Reform Commission in Sydney.
