Nikoletta specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as public international law. She has acted as counsel and tribunal secretary in a number of arbitrations under the ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID and DIAC (former DIFC-LCIA) Rules, applying various procedural and substantive laws, including French, English, German, Greek, Swiss, Yemeni, Ethiopian, and UAE law. She has represented and has advised private entities, states, and international organizations in several sectors including energy, mining, joint venture, supply and distribution of consumer goods, construction, and real estate.
