Alessia Norsa joined LALIVE in 2020 as an associate.  Her main area of practice is international arbitration, including commercial and investment treaty arbitration.

Before joining LALIVE, Alessia Norsa worked as a trainee at Shearman & Sterling, Bredin Prat and White & Case in Paris. She also did an internship at Hanotiau & van den Berg and ArbLit.

Alessia Norsa holds an Italian Law degree from the Università Cattolicca del Sacro Cuore of Milan and the Magister Juris degree from the University of Oxford.
