Esra Ogut Oehri joined LALIVE in 2019 and specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration. She has acted as counsel and administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals in arbitration proceedings under various procedural rules, including the ICC, SCC and the Swiss Rules.

Before joining LALIVE, Esra Ogut Oehri worked as an associate at Peter&Partners in Geneva and in the Istanbul and Paris offices of White&Case LLP. She also completed an internship at the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) New York office (SICANA) with the North American case management team.

Esra Ogut Oehri is an active member of a number of arbitration associations, including the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), ASA below 40, ArbitralWomen, Young ICCA and Young ISTAC. She is currently Co-Chair of Young ISTAC’s Foreign Affairs Commission, and a member of its Executive Committee.

Esra Ogut Oehri graduated in law from Koc University in Istanbul and holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
