Florence Schicker Hefti specializes in complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional proceedings and investigations, including fraud and white-collar crime as well as asset recovery. Her practice strongly focuses on banking and finance disputes.

Florence Schicker Hefti gained extensive hands-on experience and specialist knowledge in the financial industry as an in-house corporate lawyer at UBS AG for eight years. During this time, she covered a broad range of the banking business, including cross-border wealth management, regulatory capital-related restructurings, corporate debt and structured finance. She was a key project member on the UBS Covered Bond Programme, the first ever such transaction in Switzerland.

Previously, she was an associate with Bär & Karrer in Zurich (2006-2007). She started her career as a law clerk at District Court of Horgen (2004-2005).

Florence Schicker Hefti studied law at the Universities of Oslo, Norway and Zurich (lic.iur, 2003).

She is a member of the Zurich Bar Association.
