Lorette Giacometti

Lorette specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration and public international law. She has acted as counsel in arbitral proceedings under numerous procedural rules, including the Swiss Rules, ICC, ICSID and PCA Arbitration Rules, and governed by various substantive and procedural laws. Her experience spans a range of sectors, including energy, construction and manufacturing and services.

Before joining LALIVE, Lorette Giacometti was a Legal Advisor to the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), where she focused on international investment law, including negotiating investment protection treaties and advising Swiss investors on investment disputes abroad.
