I knew the firm by reputation and recommendation.

How have you grown and progressed at the firm?

Having worked mainly in industry rather than the legal sector, I have had to learn fast, but I managed to make my first promotion to co-ordinator within nine months of joining.

How would you describe the culture and environment?

It is a positive, friendly and respectful working environment.

Who has helped and supported you?

My whole team has been encouraging and supportive, placing the trust in me that has allowed me to develop and be the best that I can be. I am immensely grateful for that.
