Why did you join LALIVE?

It felt like a really dynamic and challenging place where I could keep learning and growing, and I was excited about joining a team that always looks to be innovative.

How have you grown and progressed in your time at the firm?

On a broad human level this experience has given me so much. I have gained in confidence and improved my English a lot. Professionally I joined as IT helpdesk support and have been promoted to team leader.

Who has helped and supported you to grow?

My manager has confidence in me and that has helped me a lot in my role. More generally, so many people have played a role. It is enriching to work with so many different and cultured people who genuinely care about their colleagues.

What LALIVE activities outside work have you enjoyed?

I have really enjoyed taking part in the ‘Bike to Work Challenge’ every year, which brings people together. I also love this neighbourhood in Geneva – Eaux-Vives.

How would you describe the firm’s culture?

Definitely multi-cultural, caring, egalitarian and respectful to women.

What qualities are needed to succeed at LALIVE?

In an international firm like LALIVE you need to be highly adaptable to different people, situations and stress levels.
