Lalive Lawyer becomes first foreign Attorney admitted to a Swiss Bar under the EU-Switzerland Bilateral Agreements

Dr. Bernd Ehle, a German lawyer who joined Lalive in November 2003, passed the aptitude test for attorneys from EU Member states under the new Swiss federal statute about the free movement of lawyers which implements the Bilateral Agreements between the EU and Switzerland. Dr. Ehle is now a member of the Geneva Bar.
