Christine specialises in both international commercial arbitration and litigation. Her primary areas of expertise include contract disputes in the energy and commodities sectors, as well as matters related to construction and financial services.
Christine acts as party representative and serves as arbitrator, drawing on experience in numerous ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings. She also advises and represents clients in arbitration-related state court proceedings, in particular the challenge of arbitral awards before the Swiss Supreme Court and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Christine regularly lectures and publishes in her fields of expertise. She has contributed to several leading commentaries on Swiss civil procedure and is a lecturer in the University of Zurich’s LL.M. program on international business law.
