Riccardo’s practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as arbitration-related court proceedings. He represents clients in complex, high-value disputes across various sectors – including energy, space, construction, and finance – and advises them on commercial contracts, foreign investments, national security, as well as environmental and regulatory matters.
Riccardo lectures at the World Trade Institute and serves as a board member of the Space Arbitration Association and Coordinator of the Swiss Chapter of the Italian Arbitration Association below 40.
Previously, Riccardo worked as a research assistant to Professors George A. Bermann and Kabir Duggal (2019–2020) and served as Managing Editor of Columbia FDI Perspectives, a policy-oriented series on foreign investment published by Columbia University (2020–2022).
