Janis specialises in domestic and international commercial litigation, as well as business advisory work across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, shareholder matters, company restructuring and insolvency.
Prior to joining LALIVE in 2024, Janis worked as a Law Clerk at the District Court of Meilen and, while completing his doctoral thesis, as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Zurich, focusing on Commercial Law and Private International Law.
