Deborah Hondius

Deborah specialises in domestic and international litigation, with a particular focus on white-collar crime, cybercrime, internal investigations, compliance and mutual assistance in criminal matters.

Deborah has proven experience in a wide range of white-collar crime and asset tracing matters, often cross border. She represents companies and individuals before Swiss courts and authorities. She co-authored the book “Paroles d’avocates: récits d’affaires et témoignages” published in 2023 (Editions Favre). The book recounts the stories of six Geneva criminal defense lawyers and the most notable trials they have participated in.
