André Brunschweiler a rejoint le bureau de LALIVE à Zurich en 2010, peu après l’ouverture de celui-ci. Il est associé au sein de l’équipe de contentieux de l’Etude et il fournit également des conseils aux entreprises. Ses principaux domaines d’activité sont le droit des sociétés, le droit commercial ainsi que le droit du travail, y compris les conflits entre actionnaires. Il conseille et représente aussi régulièrement des clients dans le cadre de l’exécution de jugements étrangers et de sentences arbitrales ainsi que dans des procédures de recouvrement de dettes et de faillite.

Durant l’année 2013/14, André Brunschweiler a été détaché auprès d’une étude d’avocats chinoise de premier plan à Beijing en qualité d’of Counsel, intervenant principalement sur des dossiers de droit des sociétés et de fusions-acquisitions internationales, tant pour des investissements étrangers en Chine que d’expansions commerciales chinoises à l’étranger, sous forme de joint-ventures contractuelles ou de sociétés.

André Brunschweiler est vice-président du Comité d’investissement transfrontalier de l’IPBA et est membre de l’Ordre des avocats de Zurich (ZAV), de la Fédération suisse des avocats (SAV).

Avant de rejoindre LALIVE, André Brunschweiler a été stagiaire auprès de Schellenberg Wittmer à Zurich et Genève (2006 – 2008) puis au Tribunal de première instance de Zurich (2008).

André Brunschweiler est diplômé de l’Université de Zurich (lic.iur., magna cum laude en 2006). Il a également étudié le droit à l’Université François Rabelais de Tours (France).
