Kevin specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration and in litigation proceedings across both common and civil law jurisdictions.

Kevin advises international clients from a diverse set of industries, including nuclear energy, as well as oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, consumer products, financial services and insurance, with a particular focus in disputes arising out of large construction and infrastructure projects. His practice spans across all the main international arbitration rules, including ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL and ICSID.
