Alexander Troller appointed as Senior Special Fellow to UNITAR

With effect as of 1 November 2004, the Executive Director of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) has appointed Alexander Troller as a Senior Special Fellow for the legal aspects of UNITAR’s Debt and Financial Management Programme for developing countries. In 2004, Alexander Troller directed two UNITAR workshops in Togo and Uzbekistan (see below) and is due to lecture in another workshop before the end of the year.
