Daniel L. Bühr appointed founding member of International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators

LALIVE partner Daniel L. Bühr has been appointed as a founding member of the newly created International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators, a forum of leading litigators and academics worldwide whose aim is to create an independent, non-partisan centre of excellence in all aspects of financial crimes, promoting access to justice in asset recovery and economic crime. The Academy is a collaboration between public- and private-sector litigation professionals and the renowned Basel Institute on Governance.

Daniel L. Bühr is a partner in LALIVE’s international litigation practice and plays an active role in a number of organisations focusing on governance and ethics, including Ethics and Compliance Switzerland (ECS) and the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO).
