LALIVE contributed to the first commentary in French language of the Swiss code of companies

A group of highly reputed practitioners and university professors has completed the first commentary in French of the Swiss company law. The commentary covers all forms of corporate structures and partnerships provided for by Swiss law, as well the newly adopted Federal Statute on Mergers. Prof. Vulliéty was retained to comment on two different forms of commercial partnerships, namely the “société en nom collectif” and the “société en commandite”. The commentary should be available in the autumn of 2007.
