LALIVE litigation partner ranked in the International Who’s Who of Business Crime Defence Lawyers 2011

Dr. Marc Henzelin, partner of the firm, has been ranked in the International Who’s Who of Business Crime Defence Lawyers. Marc Henzelin heads the firm’s international and economic criminal law practice for which LALIVE is particularly renowned. LALIVE has been acting in numerous cases of cross-border white collar crime, such as fraud and embezzlement, including tax fraud, corruption, money laundering, violations of economic sanctions and anti-boycott controls. LALIVE also regularly advises and represents individuals and governments in mutual judicial assistance proceedings and in the tracing and recovery of misappropriated assets, located in other jurisdictions. In addition, the firm has a strong practice in advising companies in private investigations, including internal investigations.
