Matthias Scherer elected vice-chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee

At the last International Bar Association’s Annual Conference, which was held in Madrid from 4 to 9 October 2009, Matthias Scherer was elected vice-chair of the Arbitration Committee.  The Arbitration Committee focuses on laws, practice and procedures relating to the arbitration of transnational disputes.  It is the world’s largest group of arbitration practitioners.
