Simone Nadelhofer appointed chair of IPBA anti-corruption and the rule of law committee

The Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) has appointed partner Dr Simone Nadelhofer as Chair of its Anti-Corruption and Rule of Law Committee. This appointment follows Simone Nadelhofer’s consistent involvement with the IPBA since 2012, having acted as Vice-Chair of the same Committee since its creation in 2014.

The Anti-Corruption and the Rule of Law Committee is to lead the IPBA in studying the legal aspects of measures enacted to deter corruption, encourage ethical business practices, as well as understanding and promoting the rule of law in the Asia Pacific region.  It regularly organizes topical events and encourages publications in its field. Simone Nadelhofer’s role in this association is important to the firm’s practice in White Collar Crime and serves to strengthen LALIVE’s relationships with other practitioners in the Asia Pacific region.
