Eleanor Scogings joined LALIVE in 2020 and specialises in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. She has acted as counsel in several high value arbitrations including under the LCIA, LCIA-DIFC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, and HKIAC Rules. She has represented clients across multiple jurisdictions in arbitrations in the construction, energy, mining, and shipping industries and has conducted arbitrations governed by various procedural and substantive laws.
She is a member of the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group, the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum, the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration and the Young Public International Law Group.
Before joining LALIVE, Eleanor Scogings was an associate in Latham & Watkins’ International Arbitration team.
Eleanor Scogings graduated from the University of Exeter in 2014 with a degree in Law, which included a year studying Law at the University of Connecticut.
