Areas of focus

Puloma Mukherjee joined LALIVE in 2020 as an international arbitration trainee and was promoted to an associate in 2021. Her main area of practice is international arbitration, including commercial and investment treaty arbitration. Her experience includes acting in international arbitrations under ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL Rules.

She is a member of several professional associations, including, Young ICCA, London VYAP, the DIS40 and Young ITA.

Prior to joining LALIVE, Puloma Mukherjee worked as a senior associate with the mergers and acquisitions team at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Mumbai, India. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law (International Trade and Investment Law Honours) from National Law University, Jodhpur (2013) and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) from the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (2020).
