Sébastien Zulian joined LALIVE in 2017. His practice focuses mainly on domestic and cross border litigation and advice in commercial law and private client matters, with a focus on inheritance and family business matters.

Prior to joining LALIVE, Sébastien Zulian worked with Lenz & Staehelin’s Corporate and M&A department. He previously also was a research assistant focusing on inheritance law and patrimonial family law at the University of Geneva.

Sébastien Zulian is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and served as board member of the Geneva Young Bar Association as well as representative of the latter in the Geneva Bar Association’s Commissions on Alternative Dispute Resolution and on Innovation and Bar Modernization. He is a member of several other professional associations.

Sébastien Zulian studied in New York, Geneva, Zurich and Basel. He holds a LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, a Bilingual Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Universities of Basel and Geneva, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions, and a Certificate in Transnational law from the University of Geneva.
