Tino Schneider is qualified in Germany and New York and is registered in Zurich as a foreign lawyer. He holds an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Ph.D. in intellectual property and competition law from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. He also studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen’s Executive School of Management.
Tino Schneider is ranked as a Future Leader in Arbitration and Construction by Who’s Who Legal. He is an active member of a number of arbitration associations including the German Arbitration Institution (DIS), the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), ASA below 40, the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP), the LCIA’s Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA) and YConstruction. He was recently elected to the board of the German Swiss Lawyers Association and serves as a regional representative for the DIS40. He speaks German, English and French.
