Robert Bradshaw

Recognised as a Future Leader in Lexology Index: Arbitration 2026, Robert specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration. He has acted as counsel in a number of arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, LMAA and UNCITRAL Rules, applying various procedural and substantive laws, in both French- and English-language proceedings.

He has represented clients in many sectors, including energy, mining, media and telecommunications, construction, IT, healthcare, food and hospitality.

Robert also advises on arbitration-related court proceedings, such as award challenges, enforcement and anti-suit injunctions. He is a solicitor-advocate with higher rights of audience before the English courts and a registered foreign lawyer before the Singapore International Commercial Court.
