Yannik Hässig

Yannik’s practice focuses on the resolution of complex, often multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial disputes before State courts and authorities. He advises clients in a wide range of industry sectors, such as banking and financial services, private investment, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, commodities, information technology, blockchain, machinery, electrical and metal industries, as well as sports, media and entertainment.

Yannik regularly represents clients in interim measures, asset recovery, attachment, enforcement as well as insolvency-related proceedings and advises and represents clients in regulatory and international legal assistance proceedings as well as criminal and internal investigations. In addition to his corporate and commercial disputes practice, Yannik advises and represents private clients in estate and trust disputes.
