Angelina specialises in domestic and cross border litigation, with a focus on banking and finance disputes. She also advises clients in asset recovery matters including debt collection and (cross border) insolvency proceedings as well as white-collar crime investigations. In addition, she advises corporate clients on ESG reporting obligations.
Angelina regularly advises and represents clients in high stakes disputes and litigation before Swiss state courts. In addition, she also has experience in advising private clients on marital and inheritance law matters, as well as related issues of private international law.
