Ranked in leading legal directories, Dominik routinely advises and represents clients in high value, complex disputes (including shareholder disputes, and the directors liability claims) before Swiss state courts, and in setting-aside proceedings against arbitral awards before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. He offers strategic pre-litigation advice in his areas of practice, in particular on the protection and recovery of assets.
