Alexander Troller a rejoint LALIVE en 1997 et en est associé depuis 2003. Il se spécialise dans le contentieux, plus particulièrement en matière financière, des sociétés et des actionnaires, de criminalité économique, de droit des successions, de droit du travail et plus généralement de recouvrement d’actifs et d’assistance judiciaire en matière civile et pénale.

Dans son activité de conseil, Alexander Troller assiste régulièrement des entreprises et des particuliers dans la structuration et le financement de transactions et de partenariats, la constitution, l’achat et la vente d’entreprises et la planification successorale. Sa vaste pratique des tribunaux lui permet de maîtriser l’ensemble du cycle économique et les besoins connexes de ses clients. Il possède une expertise dans un large éventail de secteurs d’activité, incluant la clientèle privée, les banques et la finance, les matières premières, et les projets de services publics et d’infrastructure.

Alexander Troller est membre de plusieurs associations professionnelles dont la Société suisse des juristes, l’Association genevoise de droit des affaires et la Société genevoise de droit et de législation. Il a été nommé en 2004 Senior Special Fellow de l’Institut des Nations Unies pour la formation et la recherche (UNITAR) pour les aspects juridiques de la gestion de la dette publique des pays en développement, et est intervenu régulièrement pendant plusieurs années en qualité d’expert-intervenant lors de séminaires de formation auprès des employés de banque centrales et de ministères des finances en Afrique et en Asie centrale. En 2012, il a été élu par ses pairs au Conseil de l’Ordre des avocats de Genève, où il a servi jusqu’en 2018.

Avant de rejoindre LALIVE, Alexander Troller a occupé divers postes dans le secteur commercial et bancaire (en financement du commerce international), notamment auprès de la Banque Paribas à Paris, en tant que Structuring Officer aux départements de l’ingénierie et du financement du commerce international (1994-1997), et auprès de Firmenich Inc. et Firmenich SA en tant que juriste d’entreprise, à New Jersey, Etats Unis (1994) et Genève (1993). Il est diplômé de l’Université de Genève (1989).
